If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know by calling us on 086 3012732 or sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Unless the product is faulty, you should advise and return the product to us within 14 days of purchase.
If the unwanted item is returned as sold, with the original receipt, within the 14 day period, we can refund you in full by the original payment method or offer you an exchange or a credit note. If you do not have the original receipt then, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund.
The goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition i.e. unopened and in their original packaging, which must not be damaged.
If the product was purchased with a credit or debit card, then the card must be physically present and available when the refund is made.
We cannot offer a refund on the following items:
• Special Order
• Items that cannot be returned in the interest of hygiene and safety – e.g. sleeping bags, portable chemical toilets
